The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour (all purpose flour is one which has baking powder in it already, you don’t need to add it yourself)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water (105-110 degrees)
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method:

Following is the method to be used to prepare tasty pizza dough using the bread maker:

Step 1:

Read the instructions given on the manual of your bread maker and add all the ingredients accordingly.

Step 2:

Make sure the water you are adding is of the desired temperature that is 105-110 degrees. This temperature of water will help activate yeast.

Step 3:

After adding all the ingredients in the given quantity to your bread maker, turn on the bread maker and let it work its magic.

Step 4:

After a few minutes check the consistency of the kneaded dough. If it seems to dry add some more water and if it’s too wet add some quantity of flour and let it knead some more.

Step 5:

Check the machine again and make sure that all the ingredients are well corporate into each other and the consistency is the same throughout.

Step 6:

During this cycle of kneading the dough in the bread maker, the dough will begin to rise due to the action of the yeast in it.

Step 7:

This entire procedure takes around 90 minutes (it may be more or less depending upon the brand and model of the bread maker you are using)

Step 8:

Take the dough out and place it on a slab slightly dusted with flour.

Step 9:

Take a pan in which you are going to bake your pizza and roll the dough on it. You can keep it thin or thick according to your liking.

Step 10:

Add your desired toppings.
